If you are renewing form last season please complete the form and send your payment and a passport sized photograph with a large stamp addressed envelope to the Treasurer or hand to Chris Fox at Grayshott Tackle. If you hand to Chris this may take longer to receive back your new seasons paperwork.
Please remove last seasons loose leaf pages from your membership book and insert this seasons
